Service area
We deliver and pick up within 25 miles of our Fairfield, Ohio office.
Delivery and pickup are free when your delivery and pickup addresses are each within 25 miles’ driving distance of our Fairfield office. If an address is outside that area, we may be able to serve it for $3.00 per mile past the 25-mile limit. The fee applies only to the address that is outside the area, so if your delivery address is inside and your pickup address is outside, only the pickup address is charged. Delivery and pickup are charged separately: a home 10 miles past the limit adds $30 for delivery and $30 for pickup. We will confirm the total with you before you pay.

What is this order for?

How many totes do I need?
As a rough guide, 20 totes covers a studio or small apartment, 40 covers one to two bedrooms, and 60 covers three or more bedrooms. Books and kitchen items take more totes than clothes. Every package includes a moving bag and a dolly.
Are the totes clean?
Every tote is cleaned and sanitized after each rental and inspected before it goes back out, so what arrives at your door has never been used since its last cleaning.
What if I need the totes longer?
Change your pickup date when booking. Every extra week past 14 days adds $40 for 20 totes, $60 for 40 totes, $80 for 60 totes, and the total updates before you pay.
Can I send totes to someone as a gift?
Yes. Choose "Realtor gift" as the order type, then enter the new homeowner's name and a short message.
Is sales tax added to the price?
Yes. The prices on this site are before Ohio sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown before you pay.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery and pickup are free when your addresses are each within 25 miles’ driving distance of our Fairfield office (see Service area above). If an address is outside it, we may be able to serve it for $3.00 per mile past the limit. Only the address that is outside is charged, and delivery and pickup are charged separately, confirmed before you pay. Reach out and we will confirm your address.
What if you are out of totes for my dates?
We confirm availability for your dates before taking payment. If we are short on totes, we will offer nearby dates or a smaller count.
Rental Agreement and Cancellation Policy
Please read before booking. When you pay for a rental, you agree to our Rental Agreement, which includes our cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms.

The main points
- Cancel 7 or more days before delivery: full refund.
- Cancel 72 hours to under 7 days before delivery: refund less a $25 fee, or a credit for the full amount.
- Cancel 24 to under 72 hours before delivery: credit for the full amount, no refund.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before delivery: no refund or credit.
- Reschedule once at no charge with at least 72 hours’ notice.
- Once delivered, the rental fee is non-refundable.
- Check your delivery and tell us within 4 hours about any damage or missing items.
- Replacement charges: $10 per tote (bin and lid), $40 per dolly.
- Late fees if totes are not ready for pickup: $7 a day (20 totes), $9 a day (40 totes), $12 a day (60 totes).

Privacy Policy
- What we collect. Your name, email, phone number, delivery and pickup addresses, and order details, including any gift note you add.
- How we use it. To schedule and complete your delivery and pickup, to contact you about your order, and to send receipts.
- Payments. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- Sharing. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services we need to run the business, such as our payment processor, our email provider, and the service that delivers booking requests to our inbox.
