Moving totes for small offices
Relocating a small office? Book our 60-tote package, add extra dollies if you need them, and schedule delivery and pickup around your move date.
What a small office needs
The 60-tote package ($219 for 14 days, plus sales tax) includes 1 moving bag and 1 dolly. For a small office, add what your team needs when you book:
- Extra totes: $4 each
- Extra moving bags: $6 each
- Extra dollies: $15 each
- Extra weeks for 60 totes: $80 per week
All prices are before Ohio sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Planning an office move with totes
- Label by desk or department. A label on each lid makes unloading much faster.
- Give everyone a tote count. Let each person pack their own desk the day before the move.
- Use extra dollies. If several people move stacks at once, more dollies keep everyone working.
- Keep IT and records separate. Pack sensitive files and equipment in their own totes so they can be handled with care.
Scheduling
Choose your delivery and pickup dates in the booking form. We confirm availability before taking payment, and email a secure payment link. Delivery and pickup are free within 25 miles' driving distance of our Fairfield office.
Questions
Can I rent more than 60 totes?
Yes. Start with the 60-tote package and add extra totes for $4 each when you book. If you need a large number, call us and we will check availability for your dates.
Do totes work for files and equipment?
Totes with lids are a good fit for files, supplies and small equipment. Pack heavy items in lighter loads so totes stay easy to lift and stack.
